The spring gardening show


The Days Inn Hotel at Tewkesbury is ideally situated at Strensham Services to allow visitors easy access to a wealth of historical, natural and beautiful places of interest.
As the M5 Motorway cuts through South Worcestershire it’s route bisects the former grounds of the Croome estate, originally designed by Capability Brown.

Other popular events that take place are the antique collectors’ fairs, dog shows, caravan & motor homes shows with the VW vanfest for all things Volkswagen and the pugfest for all things Peugeot amongst other smaller events.

For music lovers, the quaint town of Upton upon Severn is only 6 miles from the Hotel in Tewkesbury. Hosting a variety of festivals during the year including the world famous Jazz festival in June, other annual events are the four-day Folk festival in April. As well as the Blues festivals in June followed by a Water Festival in July.

The various horse racing events at Cheltenham including the Gold Cup Festival draws visitors from all over and accommodation in Cheltenham and Gloucester is quickly exhausted.
